OBSYRA – Shipping Policy

At OBSYRA, every order is processed with precision. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are handled, shipped, and delivered.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days
  • Processing excludes weekends and public holidays
  • During high-demand periods (drops, launches), processing times may be extended

If volume spikes, you don’t apologize—you set expectations upfront.


2. Shipping Rates

  • Flat rate shipping: R150 across South Africa
  • Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout

No hidden costs. Keep it simple.


3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees

Customers need to understand you don’t control the courier network.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment progress

This reduces “where is my order” messages.


5. Shipping Delays
OBSYRA is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • High-volume periods

Operational reality—document it.


6. Incorrect Address

  • Customers must ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout
  • OBSYRA is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses
  • Additional fees may apply for re-delivery

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order has been marked as delivered, OBSYRA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • Customers must contact the courier directly to resolve delivery issues

You shift liability where it belongs.


8. International Shipping (Optional – include only if applicable)

  • International shipping rates and delivery times vary
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • OBSYRA is not responsible for delays caused by customs
