OBSYRA – Return & Refund Policy

At OBSYRA, every piece is produced with intention. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict returns policy to ensure quality control and operational efficiency.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- Item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery
- Return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact
Any items that do not meet these criteria will be rejected.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Sale or discounted items
- Limited releases / exclusive drops
- Items worn, washed, or altered
- Incorrect size selection by the customer

3. Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited stock availability.
If an exchange is approved:
- It is subject to stock availability
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- A new shipping fee will apply for the replacement item
4. Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- The product is confirmed defective or incorrect
If approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Return Process

6. Shipping Responsibility
- Customers cover return shipping unless the error is on our side
- OBSYRA is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
7. Chargebacks & Abuse
Any fraudulent claims, excessive returns, or chargeback abuse will result in:
- Permanent ban from future purchases
- Dispute escalation with payment providers
